Shipping policy

Reva Collective currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by couriers are outside our control — but we’ll always try to help if things go sideways.

Tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.

After notifying us of cancellation, items must be returned within a further 14 days.

We’ll issue you with a return label and instructions.

 

Returned items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• hygienic
• in original condition
• with original tags attached

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns showing signs of wear, damage, makeup staining, tanning products or washing.

Refund return shipping costs are customer-covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you choose an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, we’ll reimburse up to £5 of your return shipping cost.

Because finding your perfect fit should feel easier than a customer service battle.
